Necessary forms, prospectus for admission will be available from the College office after the publication of results of qualifying examination on payment of Rs.50.00 (Rs.10/- for Forms & Rs.40 for Prospectus) in person. |

Forms can also be obtained by registerd post by submitting an application along with a Bank Draft of Rs. 100/- drawn in favour of the Principal, Municipal College, Rourkela payable at SBI, Uditnagar, Rourkela and a self addressed envelope of the size 25cmx10cm. |

Forms can be downloaded from our website(www.municipalcollegerkl.com). All the downloaded forms must be accompanied by a DD of Rs 100/- favouring Principal, Municipal College, Payble at SBI, Uditnagar, Rourkela. |

For+2/+3 1st Year Arts/Science/Commerce Classes |
15th day from the date of the publication of Results of the qualifying examination (published by the BSE, Orissa/CHSE, Orissa or reopening day after Summer Vacation which ever is later. It may be modified as per Government notification. |

For +2 IInd Year /+3 II Year /+3 IIIrd Year Arts /Science /Commerce |
1st July or the date of reopening of the College which ever is earlier. |

SC-8%, ST-12% of sanctioned strength (not interchangeable among themselves) (ST and SC candidates admitted on Merit shall not be counted against the Reservation). |
| ii |
2% for bonafide Burma repatriate. |
| iii |
4% shall be kept reserved for children/wife/husband of Government servant / Serving Defence Personnel on transfer, within the normal time of admission. |
| iv |
1% seat for children/wife/husband of Ex-servicemen. |
| v |
2% seats are reserved for Physically handicapped. |
